We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

 

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty

  • The wrong item has been supplied

  • The product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition

 

 

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

 

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on:

 

  • Food products once opened

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalised or custom-made items

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
