Yorkshire Farming returns and refunds

This policy applies to merchandise bought from Richard Wheelwright, trading as Yorkshire Farming, at yorkshirefarming.co.uk.

Changing your mind

For online clothing and merchandise orders, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. No reason is required. Email yorkshirefarming@yahoo.com with your name and order number.

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. Please return it carefully packed, with its tags and packaging where possible. Handling beyond what is necessary to check the item may result in a deduction for loss of value.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage when you change your mind. Return goods to the Yorkshire Farming address below. Please keep proof of posting.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Email yorkshirefarming@yahoo.com with your order number and the item or size you would like so we can arrange the exchange. For change-of-mind exchanges, contact us within 14 days after delivery and return the item within the following 14 days. You pay the return postage.

Refunds

We refund cancelled orders to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. For a full order cancellation, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra cost of an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, email us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and return instructions. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect goods. Your rights for faulty goods are not limited to the 14-day cancellation period. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
