Shipping Policy

UK delivery

Yorkshire Farming delivers merchandise within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery costs £4.95 per order, paid by the customer and shown at checkout before payment. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Dispatch and arrival times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery then takes an estimated 2–5 working days after dispatch. Please allow approximately 3–8 working days in total. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Help with delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If you notice an error, or your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, email yorkshirefarming@yahoo.com with your order number. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the problem. Delivery estimates do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

For cancellation and return instructions, see our Refund Policy. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect goods.
